Pátok: The Mountain Carvers
Pátok: The Mountain Carvers is a documentary film that examines the Iraynon Bukidnon community of Gen. Fullon in San Remigio, Antique and the monumental rice terraces they have long maintained, linking this engineered landscape to the community’s broader cultural life, from agricultural knowledge to oral and artistic traditions. It is both a portrait of indigenous heritage and a reflection on the challenges of preserving it.
Beyond the Horizon
Beyond the Horizon: The Continuing Quest for Justice in the West Philippine Sea traces the road to the 2013 arbitration case and the 2016 Hague ruling, while reflecting on the continuing challenge of asserting the country’s rights in the face of ongoing tensions. Anchored by the insights of former Solicitor General Francis H. Jardeleza, it looks beyond the legal victory toward the unfinished work of justice and accountability.
Photography
Photographic work ranging from documentation and portraiture to behind-the-scenes images, with an ongoing interest in place, process, and everyday life.
